I can’t find or download the app in the app store, what should I do?

Our app is compatible with many devices. You’ll find the minimum requirements here.

If you can’t find the app in your app store, make sure that you have all the permissions on your device. 

Note: If you’re using a school device, ask your local IT administrator to make sure that you have all the permissions.
