If the firmware update process takes longer than 3 minutes or gets stuck, please follow these steps:
- Restart your Main Block
- Make sure your current Wi-Fi network is forgotten, so that you can start over cleanly
- Restart the Robo Wunderkind App
- Make sure that location services are enabled for the update
- Choose a new WiFi or the Robo WiFi (our hotspot) to update the firmware
- If you are connected with a new WiFi, enter the missing credentials
- If you are connected with the Robo WiFi, confirm on your phone / device, that the connection has no internet
- Try updating your firmware again
