What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the moment you receive your order. Please note that in case you want to return your product within the 15-day period, the shipping costs are covered by us only in the European Union (we will send you a return label after we receive your return request at [e-mail]). If you are based outside of the EU, you will have to cover the shipping costs.
